Nepal Life Insurance Purchased Land & Building For Business Purposes In Pokhara

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has written an official letter to Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) about the purchase of the land by the company in Pokhara, New road, Kaski District.

According to the decision of the 334^th meeting of the Board of Directors held on 7 Chaitra, and following the approval received on 30 Jestha from the Insurance Board (Beema Samiti), the company proceed to purchase the assets. The land area of 299 square meters including 2 houses is Rs. 17,25,00,000 and a registration fee is Rs. 86,25,000, making a total of Rs. 18,11,25,000 (Eighteen Crore eleven lakh and twenty-five thousand only) purchased for business and office purposes. The property of the same is registered in the name of Bal Mukund Tulachan.
