Nepal Life Insurance opens regional office in Pokhara

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has opened its new regional office in Pokhara. The new office was inaugurated by Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagain, chairman of Insurance Board. Issuing a press statement, the insurance company said that with the new regional office, it will be able to provide quality insurance services to its cutomers and also empower its other branches and expand its services. Speaking in the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Chapagain pointed the importance of life insurance in raising capital for development, and will initiate for issuance of special type of development bond. He also appreciated the works done by Nepal Life Insurance in the development of the life insurance industry in Nepal.
