Nepal Investment Bank opens 2 more branches; rural Kalikot and Dailekh into banking grid now

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) has opened its 62nd branch at Nangma of Kalikot district and 63th branch at Daba of Dailekh district. With these new branches, the bank now has a network of total 4 branches in Province 4 including Surkhet and Jumla. Issuing the press note today, the bank informed that it aims to serve the rural population to increase their banking and financial access with the newly opened branches.Daba opening In its statement, it is further informed that the branch serves more than 8 lakh valued customers through the network of 63 branch offices, 97 ATMs and 54 branchless banking facilities. NIBL has the highest paid up capital of 10.63 arba among the privately owned commercial banksin Nepal with its deposit collection figure of 131 arba and loan dispersement of 107 arba. The bank has been awarded with the prestigious “Bank of the Year” award for 5 previous occasions.
