Nepal Investment Bank 30th AGM on Ashwin 11; to endorse 20% stock& 21% cash dividend, Book closure on Bhadra 21

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) will be convening its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 11, 2073.  The AGM is going to be held at National Assembly Hall, Pradarsani Marg, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:
  • To endorse 20 percent bonus share and 21 percent cash dividend including for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2072/73. After bonus share is issued it’s paid up and issued capital will increase and to amend the article of association accordingly.
  • To increase authorized capital up to Rs 15 arba and amend the article of association accordingly.
  • To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.
Other main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2072/73, appointment of auditor, to elect  2 BOD member from public shareholders group and 1 BOD member from  promoter shareholders group having the shares of Ratriya Banijya Bank and to approve consolidated financial report of NIBL Capital Markets Limited, subsidiary company of NIB. Only those shareholders owning shares till Bhadra 20, 2073 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Bhadra 21, 2073 till Ashwin 11, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Nepal Investment Bank had earned a net profit of Rs 2.59 arba for the fourthquarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 7.25 arba and after the issuance of 20% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 8.7 arba.
