Nepal Insurance right shares allotment: 96.32% shares get subscribed; remaining 147,363 units shares to be sold via auction soon

The 65% right share of Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has been allotted to the applicants.
The non-life insurance company had issued 40,14,651.58 unit shares for its shareholders at par value of Rs 100. Out of the total units, 38,67,288.50 units shares got subscribed by 4,478 applicants. Still 147,363 units got unsubscribed.
The remaining right shares will be sold via auction soon.
Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has closed the issue of 1:0.65 (65%) right share to its shareholders on Chaitra 25, 2075.
Global IME Capital Limited was appointed as an issue manager for the right issuance.
After the adjustment of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the insurance company will reach Rs 1.01 arba.
