Nepal Insurance earns Rs 2.32 crore; capital rises to Rs 25.81 crore

Publishing the unaudited financial report for the second quarter today, the company has stated that its net profit rises to Rs 2.32 crore up from meager Rs 1.94 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2070/7.

The growth in the second quarter was mainly due to the rise in its core business activities. Its insurance premium amount rises to Rs 21.09 crore up from Rs 20.80 crore.

Its EPS now stands at Rs 8.99, net worth per share is Rs 188.15, and P/E ratio stands at 27.81

Its capital rises to Rs 25.81 crore up from Rs 13.19 crore and reserve fund also rises to Rs 16.03 crore up from Rs 13.88 crore.
