Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank 2nd AGM on Magh 14; no dividend this time

Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited (NGBBL) will be convening its 2nd Annual General Meeting on Magh 14, 2073. The AGM will be held at Rupandehi Vyapar Sangh Conference Hall, Butwal 6, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to authorize BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of association if directed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of FY 2072/73 and FY 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Poush 21, 2073 to Magh 14, 2073 for the purpose of this AGM. Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank has earned net profit of Rs 3.01 crore in first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
