Nepal Finance Limited is convening Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Falgun 29, 2074). The SGM is being held at Union House Pvt. Ltd., Anamnagar at 10:00 AM.
The main agendas of the SGM are:- To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD).
- To increase authorizes, issued and paid up capital.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To present perforation by the management committee.
