Nepal Bank to make minimum of Rs 3.17 arba by auctioning 89 lakhs units of promoter share of 4 companies

Nepal Bank Limited will be selling 89 lakh units promoter shares of four company’s. Altogether 88 lakhs, 78 thousand and 630 unit shares of Ratriya Beema Company, Citizen Investment Trust, Nepal Insurance and Tara Gaun Regency Hotel Limited will be sold by Nepal Bank Limited. The shares of these companies will be sold in an auction. As per the sources, the shares of Rastriya Beema Company is the highest. The minimum bidding price fixed for the shares of Rastriya Beema Company is Rs 4,312 thousand. The shares of the company were traded at Rs 4,700. There are 1 lakh, 36 thousand and 410 shares of Rastriya Beema Company with Nepal Bank. Even If the shares are sold at the minimum price, then also Nepal Bank will have a n earning of Rs 58 crore, 82 lakh and 47 thousand. For the 3 lakhs, 33 thousand 940 unit shares of Citizen Investment Trust, a minimum bidding price of Rs 2,541 has been fixed. Even if the shares are sold at the minimum price, then Nepal Bank will earn Rs 1 arba, 1 crore and 62 lakhs and 47 thousand. The minimum bidding price for the shares of Nepal Insurance Company has been fixed at Rs 279.81. Nepal Bank holds 13 lakhs, 42 thousand and 280 unit shares of Nepal Insurance. Even if the shares are sold at the minimum price, the bank will earn Rs 37 crore, 55 lakhs and 40 thousand. NepaL Bank holds 70 lakhs unit shares of Tara Gaun Regency Hotel. The minimum bidding price of the shares of Tara Gaun Regency Hotel is Rs 172.22. After selling the shares, Nepal Bank will at least earn Rs 20 crore, 55 lakhs and 40 thousand. As per the source, the price has been fixed after looking at the report prepared by Kirti Capital Limited. The earned money will be utilized to compensate the loss. By the end of Asar of fiscal year 2072, Nepal Bank had a loss of Rs 2 arba and 59 crore. After sellig the shares of the 4 companies, the bank will atleast earn a total of Rs 3 arba and 17 crore. If all shares are sold as planned, the reserve of Nepal Bank will go in positive side by a minimum of Rs. 58 crore.
