Nepal Bank receives 14 applicants for the post of CEO; Most applicants from experience in government sector

Nepal Bank (NBL) has received applications from 14 individuals for the position of Chief Operating Officer (CEO).

The person to land job will be having a compensation package of Rs 3 lakh per month and a tenure of 4 years. Most of the applicants are retired officers from Nepal Bank, Rastriya Banijya Bank and Agricultural Development Bank.

All the applicants will be interviewed and top 3 will be selected, whose names will be presented to the Board of Directors. Then the final selection will be done by BOD.
