Nepal Bank re-auctioning 51,758 unit ordinary shares of Deprosc Laghubitta; minimum bid set at Rs 1,200

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is re-auctioning 51,758 unit ordinary shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) from today i.e. Ashwin 9, 2074. As per the notice published today, the bank is selling 51,758 shares after all 1.80 lakh units auctioned shares of DDBL were not claimed in the previous auction. Bidders claimed shares for as low as Rs 1,200 in the previous auction and now, the bank has set the same minimum bid price of Rs 1,200 per share. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager. The auction will last till Ashwin 23, 2074 and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Ashwin 24, 2074 at 7:00 AM. The bank has urged interested applicants to submit their bids by Ashwin 23, 2074 3:00 PM. The applicants can deposit the total bid amount in account number 00115207289 maintained in the name of Siddhartha Capital Limited at Siddhartha Bank Limited. Applicants can also apply through a Good for Payment cheque. Nepal Bank Limited is also auctioning 2.11 lakh units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust. The last traded price of DDBL stood at Rs 1,266 as of September 24, 2074.
