Nepal Bank, Nepal Bangladesh Bank & Nerude laghubitta lists 47.86 lakh units bonus & right shares in NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 47.86 lakh units bonus and right shares of three different companies yesterday (Shrawan 8, 2074). Now, shareholders holding these right and bonus shares can sell them after they are deposited in their demat accounts. Listing of Rights Shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited 3,20,73,003.80 units rights share of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited has been listed for trading. The bank has listed 80% right share which was endorsed by its 22^nd AGM. Listing of Rights Shares of Nepal  Bank Ltd 1,54,31,840 units rights share of Nepal  Bank Ltd.has been listed for trading. The development bank has listed 23.74% right  share which was endorsed by its 57^th AGM. Listing of Bonus Shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd 360,000 units bonus shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank has been listed. The microfinance has listed 20% bonus share which was endorsed by its 10^th AGM.
