Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has proposed a 16% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 01 has decided to distribute 12% bonus shares and a 4% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 11,28,28,20,200. Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, the bank's last day close stands at Rs. 416. In the fiscal year 2075/76, the bank had distributed 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend.
