Nepal Bank auctioning 1.80 lakh units ordinary shares of Deprosc Development Bank at Rs 1200 & above from today; Bidders must bid for minimum 100 units

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is inviting sealed bids for 1,80,378 units of ordinary shares of Deprosc Development Bank Limited (DDBL) through an auction.
As per the notice published by the bank today, the commercial bank has stated that the minimum bid amount is set at Rs 1,200 and the interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the share and maximum they can apply for 1,80,378 units share.
The auction starts from today (Bhadra 15, 2074) and will last till Ashwin 4, 2074.The sealed bid will be open on Ashwin 6, 2074 at 7:00 AM.
Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Ashwin 4, 2074 at the Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Naxal, Kathmandu.
Interested bidders can collect auction forms from Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu Bid amount must be deposited in the account name of Siddhartha Capital Limited maintained at Siddhartha Bank Limited, Hattisar, Kathmandu in the account number 00115207281. Also, the Good for Payement Cheque/ Manager’s Cheue or the original copy of the draft can be attached to the closed bid application in the name of Siddhartha Capital Limited.
The last traded price (LTP) of DDBL stands at Rs 1,415 as on August 30, 2017.
