Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) has proposed a 15.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
The 375th meeting of the board of directors held today has proposed 12% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, NBB has an LTP of Rs. 439.
