Nepal Bangladesh Bank appoints Jalal Ahmed as new Chairman; Also appoints 6 BOD members

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) has appointed Mr. Jalal Ahmed as a new Chairman of the company. Also, the bank has appointed new Board of Directors (BOD) from promoter and public shareholders group The 313rd BOD meeting held on Mangsir 4, 2074 has appointed Ahmed as a new Chairman of the company while the bank’s 23^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was held on Mangsir 3, 2074 has appointed six new directors representing promoter and public shareholders group. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange, Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Mr. M Shah Alam Sarwar and Mr. Moniril Islam were appointed as new directors from promoter shareholders group. Likewise, from ordinary shareholders side,Mr. Indra Bahadur Thapa, Mr. Deepak Karki and Mr. Mukunda Nath Dhungel were appointed as new directors of the bank.
