Nepal Agro Laghubitta receives approval from NRB to issue 15% bonus shares; 4th AGM to provide final nod

Nepal Agro Laghubitta has received approval from Nepal Rastra Bank to issue its 15% bonus shares worth Rs 74.66 lakh and cash dividend of Rs 3.93 lakh for tax purposes for its shareholders as decided by the microfinance’s board meet held on Mangsir 12, 2076.
The microfinance is organizing its 4th AGM on Poush 12, 2076 which shall endorse the dividend decision and will also appoint two BoDs from the general shareholders group, as per the media statement.
