NCM Merchant Banking changes its name to “Sunrise Capital”

NCM Merchant Banking Limited has changed its name to Sunrise Capital Limited. Now, all transactions and operations related to NCM Merchant Banking Limited will be performed by the name of “Sunrise Capital Limited”. NCM Merchant Banking Limited was a subsidiary of NIDC Capital Markets Limited. After the acquisition of NIDC Capital Markets by Sunrise Bank, it has been operating as the bank’s subsidiary. NCM’s special general meeting held on Baisakh 8, 2074 had given the go-ahead to change the company’s name to Sunrise Capital Limited.
