NCM Merchant Banking appoints new management team after acquisition by Sunrise Bank Limited

NCM Merchant Banking Limited, subsidiary of NIDC Capital Markets Limited, has formed a new management team. The new members were elected after NIDC Capital Markets Limited was acquired by Sunrise Bank Limited. Sunrise Bank’s BOD meeting held on Falgun 22, 2073 has appointed Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha as the CEO and Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya as the chairman of NCM Merchant Banking. Likewise, Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya, Mr. Arun Parajuli and Mr. Ishwor Kumar Pathak have been elected as directors of the merchant banker. As per a press statement, NCM Merchant Banking will now be operating as a subsidiary company of Sunrise Bank Limited.
