NBI's sixth AGM held
KATHMANDU:
National Banking Institute (NBI) successfully concluded its sixth annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday. The AGM passed the Director’s Report along with Auditor Report comprising balance sheet, income and expense details and profit and loss statement of fiscal year 2070-71 BS presented by Chairman Sashin Joshi. The meeting also passed a resolution to distribute 15 per cent cash dividend on paid-up capital to shareholders as proposed by the board of directors. Similarly, the meeting unanimously elected Sashin Joshi, Binod Atreya, Shovan Dev Pant and AK Ahluwalia as board of directors. On the occasion, NBI launched its publication Deposit Services based on Swiss Banking System and Training Manual on Financial Literacy.
