NB Bank holds AGM

KATHMANDU, NOV 23: 

Nepal Bangladesh Bank is raising its authorized capital to Rs 5 billion. The decision was taken during the 17th and 18th annual general meetings of the bank held on Thursday. The bank, which is extending banking services through 19 branch offices, earned a gross profit of Rs 1.03 billion in the last fiscal year. It has so far collected deposits of Rs 16.97 billion. Its non-performing loan stands at 4.29 percent of the credit portfolio.
