NAV of NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 and NMB Hybrid Fund-1 stand at Rs.11.92 and Rs.11.01 respectively by the end of Jestha; both schemes report decrease in profits

NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 (NMBSF-1) 5 years closed-end mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreased to Rs 11.92 from the previous month’s NAV of Rs 12.08. The net profit stands at Rs 6.63 crore till the end of Jestha 2076.

The mutual fund scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has investment of Rs 28.52 crore in the listed shares and Rs 2.27 crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. The fund has invested Rs 17.40 crore in bonds and debentures.

The scheme has total Rs 34.98 crore in bank balance and the maturity period of this fund is on Kartik 3, 2076.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 has major investment in Nepal Telecom, Nabil Promoter, Nepal Investment Bank Promoter Shares.

Likewise, NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF-1), 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreased to Rs 11.01 in the month of Jestha from Rs 11.09 in the previous month.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1 arba, has invested only Rs 25.98 crore in listed shares and Rs 1.63 crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. The fund has invested Rs 8.50 crore in bonds and debentures.

The scheme has kept Rs 32 crore in fixed incoming earning instruments and has Rs 41.42 crore in bank balance.

The net profit till the end of Jestha month has decreased to Rs 7.38 crore from previous month’s Rs 8.24 crore.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Hybrid Fund has also major investment on Nepal Telecom, NIB Promoter and Everest Bank.
