National Life Insurance Q3 financials: earns Rs 31.56 crore; life insurance fund surges by 25% to Rs 31.52 arba

National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) has earned net profit of Rs 31.56 crore till the third quarter of FY 2076/77. In the previous year of the same quarter, the net profit stands at Rs 30.60 crore.
As per the unaudited report for the third quarter published today, the net earnings from premium rose by 18.70% to Rs 5.65 arba till Q3 from Rs 4.76 arba in the corresponding quarter of last FY 2075/76.
The company has made a claim payment (net) of Rs 1.86 arba till Q3 which is an increment of 9.34%; same figure stood at Rs 1.70 arba in corresponding quarter last FY.
NLICL has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.08 arba with a reserve of Rs 76.24 crore. Likewise, the company’s life insurance fund has increased by 25.01% to Rs 31.52 arba from Rs 25.22 arba in the corresponding quarter.
Its annualized EPS stands at Rs 12.65, net worth per share at Rs 132.79 and quarter end P/E ratio at 40.95 times.
