National Hydro Power Company Calls SGM on Bhadra 10; Agenda to Endorse Issuance of 50% Right Shares

National Hydro Power Company Limited (NHPC) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 10th Bhadra, 2079. The meeting will be held at Delish Opera Restro and Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the SGM:

1) To approve issuance of 50% (i.e. in the ratio of 10:5) right shares from the paid-up capital maintained after bonus distribution and acquisition of Sunkoshi Hydro Power Company.
2) To amend (b) and (c) of clause 6 of the company's articles of association after increment of company's capital after issuance of right shares and acquisition.
3) Rs. 100/- per share of 22,470 ordinary shares of the company, as it is seen that only Rs. 7,25,000 has been received, Rs. 15,22,000 have not been paid (Call in arrears), in relation with that and to match the account of the company, the authority will be given to the board of directors to manage the said 22,470 unit shares..

Bhadra 02 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this SGM.
