Narayani Development Bank is Auctioning 3,06,597 Units Promoter Shares From 18th Magh
The existing promoters of Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) are selling 3,06,597 units of promoter shares in an auction to the general public from 18th Magh to 4th Falgun, 2082.
The bank had initially opened the auction of rights shares from Ashwin 02 to Kartik 09, 2082, during which 6,03,162 units of promoter shares remained unsubscribed. Accordingly, an auction was conducted earlier, but bids were received for only 2,96,565 units of promoter shares. As a result, the remaining 3,06,597 units of promoter shares are now being offered again through a sealed-bid auction.
The existing promoters, the general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for the shares is 100 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Global IME Capital has been appointed as the auction manager.
