Nabil Investment Banking Limited Proposes 35% Bonus Shares; AGM Called on Kartik 17

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has called its 12th AGM on 17th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10: 30 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. 35% bonus shares worth Rs 7 crores and 1.84% cash dividend (including tax) worth slightly over Rs 36.84 lakhs have been proposed.
There is also an agenda to raise the authorized capital to Rs. 1 Arba.
