Nabil Bank certified with ISO 9001 :2015; First Commercial Bank to be certified under ISO 9001 series

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) has become the first commercial bank in Nepal to be certified under ISO 9001: 2015 for Quality Management System. The certificate was issued on September 21, 2017 by United Registrar of System (URS) UK,   ISO 9001-2015 standard which is the latest version of ISO 9001 series. The new series comprises seven quality management principles: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.
