Mutual Funds of CBIL Capital Report Decline in Net Profit in Bhadra

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1), a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme has published its monthly report for the month of Bhadra, 2078. The mutual fund is the first mutual fund of CBIL Capital. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

As per the report, a mutual fund has reported a fall in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs 11.35 from Rs 16.1. However, this is the result of dividend adjustment. The scheme which began with a fund size of Rs 82 crore has invested Rs 70.06 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 1.18 crores in non-listed shares.

This scheme has invested Rs 20.26 crore in fixed return assets and has Rs 31.84 crore in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs 38.36 lakhs till Bhadra. The fund had reported a net profit of Rs. 6.5 crores in the previous month.

Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) is CBIL Capital Limited's second mutual fund scheme and is a 7-year closed-end fund. The recently launched scheme has published its NAV report for the month of Bhadra, 2077. The scheme is managed by CBIL Capital with Citizens Bank International as the fund sponsor.

As per the report, the mutual fund has reported a fall in its Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs 12.39 till Bhadra end from Rs 17.24 in the month before that. However, this is the result of dividend adjustment. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1 Arba has invested Rs 55.3 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 80.5 lakhs in non-listed shares.

This scheme has invested Rs 7.45 crore in fixed return assets and has Rs 26.54 crore in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs 1.17 crore till Bhadra's end. It had reported a net profit of Rs 5.9 crore in the previous month.
