Muktinath opens bid to auctioned ordinary and promoter share from Magh 22

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has invited bids from Magh 22 to auction its 38,426.50 units of unclaimed ordinary right share and 12,872.50 units of unclaimed promoter right share.

The minimum bid price for the ordinary share has been fixed at Rs 100.

The interested bidders have to apply for a minimum of 100 units to take part in the auction.

The bids will close on Mag 29, and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Falgun 3 at 3 PM at the CW Café, Kathmandu.

Growmore Merchant Banker Limited is the issue manager for this issue.

Earlier, Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited issued 25 percent right share to its existing shareholders on last Mangsir, 2071.
