Muktinath Capital Calls AGM on Bhadra 23 With These Agendas

Muktinath Capital Limited has called its 13th AGM on 23rd Bhadra, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu via Virtual Video Conference starting at 11:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To discuss and approve the Chairman's report on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
