Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank’s 8th AGM approves 12.67% bonus share

Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank has approved 12.67% from its Annual General Meeting conducted on Poush 23, 2073. Issuing a press statement today, the company said that the AGM has approved 12.67% bonus share (after auctioned/right share) worth Rs. 64.50 lakh and cash dividend worth Rs 3.39 lakh (for tax purpose). The AGM has also approved financial statements of FY 2072/73. Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited is a microfinance company with its head office in Dhalkebar, Dhanusha.
