Miteri Development Bank transfers bonus shares directly in the Demat account

Miteri Development Bank (MDB) has notified its shareholders that the bonus shares has been transferred in their respecive Demat accounts.

The development bank has distributed 31.478% bonus shares from the profit of fiscal year 2073/74.

Prabhu Capital had been appointed as the issue manager for the bonus share issuance.

The shareholders who had dematerialized their shares after the issuance of bonus shares should provide an application to Prabhu Capital for their bonus shares to be transferred to their respective Demat accounts.

After the adjustment of bonus shares, its paid up capital has reached Rs 50 crore and has met the capital requirement set by Nepal Rastra Bank.
