Mirmire Laghubitta proposes 45% bonus for 2075/76; NRB's approval received

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MMFDB) has proposed 47.36% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The proposed dividend details is:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 12.87 crore
Bonus shares: 45% worth Rs 5.79 crore
Cash dividend: 2.368420889% for tax amount
Total dividend: 47.36%
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 18.66 crore
The dividend proposal has already been passed by Nepal Rastra Bank and is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
