Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) to acquire Shrijanshil Laghubitta (SHLBSL)

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) and Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SHLBSL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with each other for the acquisition of the latter by the former.

The agreement was signed at 10 am today, i.e. Ashwin 12.

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 45.12 million in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77. Meanwhile, Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 8.28 million during the same operational period.
