METLIFE NEPAL HONORS TOP PERFORMERS; More than 300 leading performers of last year attend the event

MetLife Nepal has hosted its Annual Awards Night in Kathmandu honoring their top agency performers this week. Hosted by Vice President and General Manager for MetLife Nepal, Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, the event was graced by Chief Guest, Senior Vice President and Head of Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, Elena Butarova along with Vice President, MetLife Asia Distribution, Marwan Matar.

The attendees of the event were top officials of the company along with the qualifying Agency Managers, Unit Managers and Field Representatives from across the country. The qualifiers were felicitated for their excellent performance throughout the year by Butarova and Matar. More than 300 leading performers of last year attended the event and awards were given in nine separate categories.

MetLife has been felicitating its top agency performers since 2003, providing access to learning platforms and frequent international standard trainings which has enabled them to grow their careers in insurance.

Adapting towards the technological advancement and digitized processes, MetLife Nepal recently launched MetLife Agency Recruitment Solution (MARS), the first ever digital recruitment platform in Nepal. With digitized sales solution, customer service app and online premium payment solution already in operation, MARS is expected to help grow MetLife’s Agency network.
