Mero Microfinance trading suspended in Nepse

Trading of Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been suspended on Nepal Stock Exchange from today ( Ashad 30, 2073).
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the trading has been suspended following the request from CDS and Clearing Limited
According to an official of CDSC, ‘the trading has been suspended due to some problems in allotment of Mero Microfinance.’
Mero Microfinance had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 6.12 crore (6.12 lakh units shares) on Falgun 27, 2072.
Mero Microfinance and CDSC had made an agreement to register 20 lakh units shares on Ashad 5, 2073.Also the Microfinance Company and Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) had signed an agreement to register 20 lakh units shares on Ashad 13, 2073. Mero Microfinace had started its trading in Nepse from Ashad 21, 2073.The opening range was set from Rs131- Rs 392 for the first transaction.
