Mega Mutual Fund-1 NAV Stands At Rs 8.25 Till Kartik Month End

The NAV report of "Mega Mutual Fund 1 (MMF1)" has been unveiled for the month Kartik.
"Mega Mutual Fund 1" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. 10 crore units were issued at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. The issue was oversubscribed more than 2.37 times and was resized to 125% of its initial size, given the oversubscription.
Thus, the issue began with a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba, and has invested Rs. 87.25 crores in listed shares in Kartik. Rs. 65.68 lakhs have been invested in non-listed shares and Rs. 10 crores in fixed deposits. The fund has Rs. 4.92 crores worth of bank deposits, and Rs. 23.22 lakhs of other assets.
The fund has reported a NAV of Rs. 8.25 in Kartik, compared to the NAV of Rs. 8.08 in the month before that. It has reported a net loss of Rs. 4.9 crores. In the month before that, it was at a net loss of Rs. 6.95 crores.
