Mega Bank Limited (MEGA) has proposed a 13.05% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The 307th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 02 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and a 3.05% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 13,32,26,95,416. Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 10th AGM.
