Mega Bank convenes its 11th AGM; endorses proposal of 12.07% dividend to shareholders

Mega Bank has convened its 11^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bhoj Bahadur Shah on Mangsir 28, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares worth Rs 1.46 arba and 2.07% cash dividend worth Rs 30.33 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 203 branches, 24 extension counters, 139 ATM outlets, and 59 branchless banking units under its network.
