Market shows improvement as it gains 10.27 points; LLBS hits positive circuit while MSMBS hits negative circuit

The market today gained double digits after a long haul of losses in the past few days. The market gained 0.91% or 10.27 points and closed at 1142.01 points. Today’s turnover was of Rs.38.26 Crore which was achieved from trade of 1,222,144 units of shares traded through 4,091 transactions trading scrips of 161 listed companies in the process.

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) posted a turnover of Rs.11.42 Crore achieved from trade of 389,468 units of shares. The LTP of the bank stands at Rs.295 per share. NBL was followed by Global IME (GBIME) on both the lists.

Laxmi Laghubitta (LLBS) hit the positive circuit after gaining 9.97% or 69 points to close at Rs.761 per share. However, Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance (MSMBS) hit the negative circuit after losing 9.91% or 60 points to close at Rs.545 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 2.67 points and closed at 242.93 points while Float Index gained 0.71 points and closed at 82.81 points.

Trading and Hotels beat the gaining trend after losing 0.21% and 0.22% respectively. Rest of the sub-indices closed in the green zone. Other gained the most at 2.58%.
