Market Roundup: NEPSE Up 14.71 Points to Close at 2,001.53, Intraday Turnover Stood at Rs. 2.411 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 2,001.53 today after gaining 14.71 points from last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 0.74%. The index had gained 59.54 points yesterday.

The index opened at 1987.32 and went intraday high at 2,012.16. It then made intraday low 1,977.14 at and ultimately closed at.

220 scrips traded hands via 39,168 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 6,210,908 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.411 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than yesterday's turnover of Rs. 2.044 Arba.

NIC Asia Bank Ltd. (NICA) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 30.18 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 694.

NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF) gained the highest 9.98% and technically hit the positive circuit for the day.
