Market in correction mode; Index decreased by 9.97 points with turnover of Rs 1.65 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went down by 9.97 points or 0.54% to close at 1824.83  points. Nepse Index opened at 1834.96 points and was seen in downward trend. 1,304,998 unit shares of NMB Samriddhi Fund-1 (NMBSF-1), 75,998 unit shares of Sunrise Bank Limited were traded more today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.65 arba, where more than 29.31 lakhs unit shares were traded through 7,222 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went down by 2.51 and 0.77 points respectively. Except Hotels, Insurance and other sectors, all the sectors at Nepse landed on red.
