Manjushree Finance to convene its 10th AGM today; shareholders holding shares till Ashad 3 to receive 5.71% bonus share

Manjushree Finance Company Limited (MFIL) is convening its 10th  AGM on Ashad 20 , 2075 i.e. today. As per the decision made by the meeting of the board of directors on Jestha 25, 2075, the AGM is going to be held in Thapagau Banquet, Thapagau, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The main agenda of the meeting includes:

1. Issuance of 5.71% bonus shares in order to increase paid up capital to Rs 80,40,60,210.00.
2. Amendment in the MoA and AoA of the finance company and revision of authority of the board of directors for the same.

Other agendas of the meeting include:

1. Issuance of audited report for fiscal year 2073/74.
2. Endorse 0.32% cash dividend for tax purpose.
3. Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75

Book closure date of the finance company was set on Ashad 4, 2075 i.e. shareholder holding shares till Ashad 3rd, 2075 is eligible for the bonus shares.

The company’s existing paid up capital is Rs  76.05 crore after the issuance of 5.71% bonus share new paid up capital will be Rs 80.40 crore. The finance company had earned Rs 5.46 crore and maintained reserve of Rs 15.24 crore in the 3rd quarter of the current fiscal year.
