Manjushree Finance appoints Ace Capital as issue manager to float 5% right share
Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has appointed Ace Capital Limited as its issue manager for issuing 5% right share.
As per the press release published by the company today, Manjushree Finance will be issuing 5% right share i.e. 3,62,190 units to its shareholders. The finance company’s SGM held on Asoj 25, 2074 had approved to issue 5% right share to its shareholders.
