Manaslu Bikas Bank to auction its promoter and ordinary right shares from today

Manaslu Bikas Bank Limited is auctioning its Promoter right shares and ordinary right shares to general public.

According to a notice published by the development bank today, it will be selling 76,650 units of promoter share and 28,305 units of ordinary right share after the rights shares issued on Magh were not subscribed by the investors. Manaslu had offered right shares at the ratio of 4:1.

The auction starts from today 5th Chaitra and will last till 13th Chaitra. .  

Manaslu Bikas Bank Limited has posted a net profit of Rs.11.03 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72
