Manakamana bazar area declared the digital bazar; Fonepay extends QR code base payment to all small and large businesses and temple in Manakamana region

Manakamana temple and Bazar area have been declared the digital bazar where all the marketplaces in the Manakamana area have now started accepting QR code payments for their business transactions.

ED of Nepal Rastra Bank and head of the payment department Mr. Guru Prasad Paudel kickstarted the digital Manakamana campaign amid a program that was also attended by CEO of NMB Bank Mr. Sunil K.C., CEO of Fonepay Mr. Diwas Sapkota, and representatives of many other agencies, as per the media statement.
