Makkar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company Appoints Prabhu Capital As share registrar

Makkar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company has appointed Prabhu Capital to function as its share registrar.

The agreement for the same was signed on Baisakh 8, 2080 between chairman of the hydro company Mr. Himal Gurung and CEO of the Merchant bank Mr. Aasis Gauchan, as per the statement. 

The hydro developer has completed the construction of 6.4 MW Suri Khola project and is churning out the energy into the national grid, as per the media statement.
