Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’s 2:1 right shares worth Rs 3 crore added in the right share pipeline

The 2:1 right share of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has been added in the right pipeline by the Securities Board of Nepal on Baisakh 20, 2075.
The board has added 3 lakh unit shares of the microfinance worth Rs 3 crore.
Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issue.
It’s paid-up capital as of second quarter of 2074/75 stands at Rs. 6 crore.
