Mahuli Laghubitta announces 31.579% dividend; Shareholders to receive 20% bonus shares & 11.579% cash dividend

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has announced 31.579% dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2075/76.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced 20% bonus shares worth Rs 2.04 crore and 11.579% cash dividend (including tax for bonus and cash dividend) worth Rs 1.18 crore for the shareholders.

The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.

The existing paid up capital of Mahuli Laghubitta is 10.20 crore and after the adjustment of bonus shares, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 12.24 crore.

For the FY 2074/75 the microfinance company had distributed 20% bonus shares and its last traded price on October 16 is Rs 928.
