Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta proposes 20% dividend; 10% bonus and 10% cash dividend from profit of FY 2075/76

Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MSMBS) has proposed 20% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 97th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 13, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 12.10 crore
Bonus shares: 10% worth Rs 1.21 crore
Cash dividend: 10% worth Rs 1.21 crore
Total dividend: 20% worth Rs 2.42 crore
Adjusted paid-up capital: Rs 13.31 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
